4–hour car and walking tour into a splendid Tbilisi Botanical Garden via Sulfur house baths. The tour is recommended for the family leisure as well. Historians hold that there was a royal palace surrounded with the beautiful gardens full of exotic plants as far back as 6-7 centuries.
The Botanical Garden was set up at the site in the 19th century pursuant to the Russian Emperor’s decree.
You can stroll along the cypress alley of the today’s Garden, see a 15-meter waterfall, have a sit under a huge perennial cedar and enjoy a variety of trees and flowers.
It is a favorite place of many Tbilisians who come to relax in nature and fill their lungs with a fresh oxygen-saturated air.
The route will take you past the Old city amenities such as Narikala fortress (4th century), Sulfur baths district, the Juma Mosque (19th century), the Europe Square, and Rike Park.
We will pick you up at the place of your stay and drive up towards the Europe Square, whence a cable car will lift us to top of the Mtabori mountain, a place wherefrom a statue of the Mother of Georgia overlooks the entire city.
We continue by foot towards the Botanical Garden and finally end up at the Sulfur bath houses curative virtues of which are known to the world!
