Privacy policy


1. Scope and amendments

The "Privacy policy" shall govern the handling of the sensitive personal information which is disclosed to us by you or which we may collect while you are browsing the Platform.

This Privacy policy applies to the Platform use. We may amend this Privacy policy at any time with the changes taking effect immediately. If we make any amendments they shall enter into force on the day they are published on the Platform. We hope that you will regularly check this section to make sure that you are aware of the applicable Privacy policy.

2. Information used for statistics and similar purposes

When you use the platform we collect certain data, including your IP address, type of browser and operating system, number of sites you visit, the length of your visits, are you a recurring visitor or not, from where did you enter the site and similar information. We use this information for statistical purposes in order to improve the Platform, to make is easier to use and tailor it to your interests and needs or speed up the future activities and user experience of the site. We use and process this information anonymously.

If you give us more information, for example, when you make a booking request or fill out a special form, we assess this information anonymously and collect it for statistical purposes even without registration and making a booking.

3. Account information and booking

When you register an account with us, you will have to provide personal information, for example, name, address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address and information concerning the booking. When you register you account you give your consent to us to send you messages and documents through electronic means of communication. By registering the account on our site, you allow us to send you our regular newsletters and updates on special offers and other messages. At any time you may opt out from receiving such messages by using the included link. When you book an activity, the personal information will be transferred to the relevant service provider. The service providers may be located anywhere in the world, including in countries that have a different level of data protection. When making payments on AMI Platform you data security is provided by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. The transactions made and your confidential data are secured by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

We do not store credit card information.

4. Disclosure of information to third parties

We and the providers of the booked services may be under the obligation to provide the information to the relevant state law enforcement authorities or by the order of the relevant state security authorities. Some date are transferred to Google, as indicated in Article 7 and 8 - regarding the analytics and the world map usage for your convenience. With regard to the payments made via the Platform, this information shall be transferred to our external payment service providers (see Article 3). If you allow us to send you newsletters and updates (see Article 3), the required data will be transferred to the external e-mail marketing service provider. In addition, we may provide this information to authorities, officials or third parties, if required in accordance with the law or legal business activity.

5. Storage period

We store personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the intended purpose. The account information shall be deleted when we or you delete the account. We can store information for a longer period of time for legitimate business reasons (for example, personal information may remain on backup for a set period of time) or as required by law

6. Cookies

Like most internet service providers, we use so-called cookies of your browser, in order to simplify the use of the Platform and obtain information that would help us improve the information and services that are available on our Platform. Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device (for example, your computer). We use cookies to make the use of the Platform easier and to better adapt the Platform and our services to your interests and needs. Cookies may also be used to help speed up your future activities and user experience. We also use cookies to gather anonymous, general statistics that allow us to understand how people are using the Platform and help us improve its structure and content. The Platform will not work without cookies. By using the Platform you agree to use cookies for the above purposes. You can determine if your server has permission to store cookies on your device or not. You can change your internet browser settings so that your browser will not accept or store cookies. Alternatively, you can choose to display a warning message each time before you accept cookies from a specific website. You can also delete cookies that are already stored. You can do this by using the settings of your internet browser and deleting all cookies. However, if you delete the cookies some functions of the Platform may limited or unavailable. As a result, for an easier use of the Platform, we recommend that you allow your internet browser to accept cookies.

7. Google Analytics

The Platform uses Google Analytics, a Web analytics service provided by Google.Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies (see above) to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information about your use of the website generated by the cookie shall be transferred and stored on Google servers in the United States. You can refuse to use cookies (see above). You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking in the future, by downloading and installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser plugin to your existing internet browser: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

8. Google Maps API

We use Google maps on the Platform by using the interface provided by Google ("Google Maps API") to provide you additional information. By using the Google Maps API, we can transfer specific data to Google, but only in an anonymous form.

9. Other locally stored information

When you browse the Platform, the information may be stored on your device (locally) by using the “DOM Storage” process. DOM Storage is used to store data in a web browser, similar to cookies (see above), but with more capacity. Locally stored information does not allow us to identify you, but the DOM Storage process records information when you browse the Platform on your computer (pages that you have viewed, the time and date of viewing), that we can read during your periodic visits. You can delete this information manually. Please see your Web browser's help section.

10. Data transfer via the internet

Data transferred via an open network such as the internet or e-mail services, are widely available. We cannot guarantee confidentiality of messages or materials sent using such open networks. When you share the personal information via the open network, you should take into account the fact that third parties may have access to this information, save it and use it for their own purposes. Even if the sender and recipient are in the same country, the data can move through third countries, including countries that have different levels of data protection. Please use other electronic means of communication that you consider appropriate for secure communication.
