Departure for the village of Starosel where is located one of the biggest Thracian cult complexes. Archaeologists presume that the most powerful Odrissy king - Sitalk -was buried here. Wine vessels found in the temple and the tomb are proof of Orphean ritual practices. The cellar is built at the foot of the historical Starosel hill styled as a monastery complex. The wine cellar has a unique acoustic wine tasting hall. Starosel Winery Complex offers not only the opportunity to taste wine grown in the land of the Thracians but only to immerse yourselves in the atmosphere of an age long gone (wine tasting with extra charge). The next stop will be a peaceful spa town of Hissarya, famed for its hot mineral springs, significant Roman ruins, archeological museum, green parks, and swimming pools. The ruins are visible everywhere, and include public buildings, a small amphitheater, the barracks of the Roman garrison, and the best-preserved Roman fortress in the country. The town is famous also for its beautiful parks. They spread out on an area of 700 decares and include more than 160 decorative tree species.
