Day 01 :Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to hotel.Welcome to Nepal. You will be greeted by the representative of Adventure Bound Nepal and transferred to the hotel. In the evening, we give you a short briefing about the trip overview. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 :Preparation for trek.We need a day for the trek preparation. Please note that you need to be in Kathmandu at least one day in advance as we could only issue the special permit while we have your Original passport.

Day 03 :Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat (600m), and again drive to Soti Khola (710m). Duration: 8-9 hrsAfter the breakfast in Kathmandu, we take a drive to Aarughat. A long drive goes through the highway and the last section goes through the off-road track. If you like, you can begin the trek from Aarughat, but the drive can be extended to Soti Khola as well. Overnight at lodge.

Day 04 :Trek to Machha Khola (900m) Duration: 5-6 hrs.Today, we begin to trek crossing the bridge and walk through the sub-tropical forest. We reach to Khursane village and walk through the steep trail. Lapu Besi is our next destination, which is a large Gurung village. The random walk again descends to the River bank and crossing the suspension bridge, we reach to Machha Khola. Overnight at lodge.

Day 05 :Trek to Jagat (1340m) Duration: 6 hrs.After the breakfast at Machha Khola, we commence the trek crossing the wooden bridge and ascend to Tatopani, which is a place suitable to have a natural hot spring bath. Then we walk through the left bank of the River and cross the bridge. Walking continuously, we reach to the juncture and passing Lauri, we reach to Jagat. Overnight at lodge.

Day 06 :Trek to Philim (1700m) Duration: 5 hrs.Leaving Jagat, we walk through Salleri and steadily reach too Sirdibas. Passing Tara following the Ghatta Khola, we cross a suspension bridge and reach to the Philim village, populated by Gurung people. The Choling Sandu Gumba is an attraction of the village. It is also a viewpoint of the Sringi Himal. Overnight at lodge.

Day 07 :Trek to Deng (2095m) Duration: 5 hrs.From Philim, we begin to trek after the breakfast. We pass some of the terraced hillside farming land and reach Eklai Bhatti for the lunch. Descending to the River bank, we cross the bridge and walk through the east bank. Then the trail goes through the Deng Khola all the way to Deng, a beautiful village on Manaslu trail. Overnight at lodge.

Day 08 :Trek to Namrung (2900m) Duration: 5 hrs.After the breakfast, we leave Deng and pass Rana village after crossing a trust bridge. Passing Bihi, we have an optional trail to Ghap. The spectacular views of Mt. Manaslu and Shringi Himal entice the trekkers. The monasteries and chhortens of the village prospect its spiritual scenery. Overnight at lodge.

Day 09 :Trek to Samagaon (3500m) Duration: 6 hrs.The rewarding Himalayan views will accompany us from the very beginning walk today. Due to the increasing altitude, the trail becomes windy and tough. Passing Loho, Sho and Lho village, we head towards the core settlement of the Tibetan Buddhists. Buddhiist monasteries, Chhortens, Mani walls and monks are the commonly seen around the village and the trail. We steadily reach to Sama Gaon, where the centuries old monasteries lie. Overnight at lodge.

Day 10 :Acclimatization day at Samagaon.To prevent the altitude sickness, we take an acclimatization rest and walk around. After the breakfast, we have some choices like, walking to the Manaslu base camp or to the Birendra Lake. We get the brilliant views of Manaslu Peak, Simnang Himal and Ngadi Chuli from the hiking route. Then back to Sama Gaon. Overnight at lodge.

Day 11 :Trek to Samdo (3690m) Duration: 3 hrs.Walking through the rocky terrain after the breakfast at Samdo, we reach very close to the Tibetan border. Both sides, the landscape are arid. Gradually, we ascend to Samdo and take a rest. Though it looks to be a short walk, but the altitude and the challenging trail should not be underestimated. Overnight at lodge.

Day 12 :Trek to Dharmashala (4450m) Duration: 4 hrs.We begin to walk through the alpine meadows, leaving the tree line behind. Passing Mani walls and stone hut, we reach to Dharma Shala, where we take a rest today waiting the big day on the following. Overnight at lodge.

Day 13 :Trek to Bhimphedi (3590m) via Cross Larkya La pass (5220m) Duration: 8 hrs.The huge day begins with the breakfast early in the morning. We begin to ascend through the steep moraine trail that is slippery. Almost walking steep up for a couple of hours, we reach to the Larke top (5160 meters), which is a wonderful viewpoint of Mt. Manaslu, Annapurna and Kkangguru peak along with the Lamjung Himalayan range. Then we steeply descend to Bhimphedi, experiencing the challenge. Overnight at lodge.

Day 14 :Trek to Dharapani (1860m).From Bhimphedi, we walk down to the stream, named Surke. Then we walk through the pine forest and reach to the River. Passing Gho, Tilije and Thonje village, we reach to Dharapani. It is the juncture point of the Manaslu trail and the Annapurna circuit trail. Overnight at lodge.

Day 15 :Trek to Jagat (1800m).After the breakfast at Dharapani, we begin to descend via Karte. Walking down through the landslide area, we reach to Tal. Following the steep stone trail, we pass Chamjeand following the steep downhill trail, we reach to Jagat. Overnight at lodge.

Day 16 :Trek to Bhulbhule.Walking continually down from Jagat, we pass Syange, Ghermu, Bahundanda and Nadi Bazaar. This is all the way through the Marshyangdi River valley, oak forests and enjoying the cascading waterfalls. Checking out from the ACAP check-post, we take a rest. Overnight at lodge.

Day 17 :Drive from Bhulbhule to Pokhara/Kathmandu. After the breakfast at Bhulbhule of Lamjung district, we drive back to Kathmandu. As an optional trip, if you have Pokhara on your itinerary, drive to Pokhara. Then transfer to the hotel and take a rest. Overnight at lodge.

Day 18 :Farewell. According to the time of your flight, our airport representative drops you to the International Airport for your final departure. Thank you for joining us for your trekking in Nepal. See you again.
